Design

Graphic design for every purpose; including print, web, logo, social media, and large displays.

Project / 01
Whiskey Inferno

The restaurant owners wanted the menu design to have a similar feel to their other restaurants, but still have it's own unique image. The final menus were printed on a rustic parchment-style paper and bound with rivets into leather and cork menu covers. The end product was a really nice mix of rustic and modern aesthetics!

Project / 02
Al's Place

Al's Place is a speakeasy themed bar by Craft & Crew Hospitality. The goal was to create a series of menus that were reminiscent of the era, but were also modern and fun to reflect the atmosphere of Craft & Crew's other restaurants. The finished materials included a variety of menus for food, beverages, happy hour, desserts, and late night fare, as well as other marketing materials such as coupon cards and even a billboard.

Project / 03
Portraits From The Heart

A new website design for Portraits from the Heart. Their current brand of a classic, family-friendly studio was kept the same, but I gave the site a visual uplift while also making it easy to navigate.

Project / 04
Northshore Kettle Company

This was an illustration project for a food truck and trailer.  This truck works with several local restaurants to provide a variety of cuisines to Minnesota events.  The main goal was to create a vehicle wrap that showcases both the local and variety aspects of the food provided.  The chalkboard on the trailer can be easily switched out to display different menus with each restaurant collaboration.

Project / 05
Agave Mexican Restaurant

Logo, branding, and menu design for a new Mexican restaurant. The logo is warm and inviting with the use of oranges and yellows to compliment the green of the agave plant. Bright colors commonly associated with Mexican fare are used throughout without becoming overwhelming. I also incorporated fun patterns to make a modern menu that also nods at the traditional Mexican aesthetic.
